Fairbanks in Summer…
Except for a few periods of smoke, this has really been a great summer. I’m reminded of the summers of the late 80’s where temps would often reach into the 90’s. That’s hot by Alaskan standards but we don’t have any humidity in the Interior… and I’m quite happy about that, thank you very much.
This is the new Morris Thompson Cultural Center in Fairbanks. The Fairbanks Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Alaska Public Lands Information Center are both housed in the building… and both great places to start for visitors and locals alike to learn more about Interior Alaska.
